The intelligent rail pportation system of the production line has a length of 35 km, which is fully pported and packed from roving to product storage. The whole process is free from any artificial direct participation.

At the same time, with the help of the intelligent control system platform, the production line can be managed remotely through mobile phone, tablet, computer and other terminal equipment. It can monitor every working procedure and operating point in real time.

In addition, the production line also has many functions, such as order progress warning, equipment state warning, quality early warning, environmental warning, energy consumption over warning, one button production quality report, real-time monitoring of quality data, order real-time tracking, seamless integration of ERP and other functions. All devices will realize data integration analysis.

Wei Qiao textile said that after the completion of the intelligent spinning and weaving integrated workshop, the number of workers in the production line was reduced by 90% compared with the number of workers in the same scale production line at present. It not only reduced the labor intensity of workers, reduced the labor cost, but also improved the quality of products, which would greatly enhance the competitiveness of the company in the textile industry.
