The labor union has expressed its dissatisfaction with the minimum wage in Ming (2016) and raised it to $140 only. It will strike in the near future to protest. The trade union originally planned to make $160, but finally the government only raised it to 140 dollars.

The chairman of the the Coalition of Cambodian Apparel Workers Democratic Union, the chairman of Ath Thorn, said that on the 21 th of this month, the canal discussed with six other trade unions what to do next.
