To jointly promote the regional economic and trade cooperation in Northeast Asia to a new level, we must adhere to the strategic mutual trust as the foundation, keep a broad view and seek common ground while reserving differences; we must adhere to the concept of inclusive growth with common development as the center; we must adhere to the importance of interconnection and interconnection, and speed up the construction of cross border infrastructures; we must continue to explore various forms of regional preferential trade arrangements with the aim of expanding openness.

Deputy director Zhang Yong pointed out that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the overall revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China and the expansion of opening up to the outside world.

Since the implementation of the Revitalization Strategy of the old industrial base, the economic structure of the northeast region has been further optimized, and the development of advanced equipment manufacturing, new raw materials and technology research and innovation base has been comprehensively promoted, the infrastructure conditions have improved significantly, and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity has been continuously enhanced, and the key livelihood issues have been gradually solved.

Expanding

On the other hand, the economic ties between Northeast China and Northeast Asian countries are more closely linked, and mutual investment continues to increase, and the channel network is initially formed, and the carrier of cooperation is more diverse.

In particular, relying on the strategy of "one belt and one road", Northeast China will further enhance the level of opening up to the outside world, strengthen the interconnection of infrastructure between Northeast and neighboring countries, and promote regional trade, investment and financial cooperation.

The deputy director said that in 2014, the Chinese government promulgated the "State Council's opinions on recent major policies and initiatives to support the revitalization of the northeast" (Guo Fa [2014] 28), and relevant departments and local governments have actively implemented various policy initiatives to inject new development momentum into the northeast economy.

In the near future, the Chinese government is studying new policy documents that will continue to support the revitalization of old industrial bases in Northeast China. It will focus on deepening reform and opening up, speed up structural adjustment and pformation and upgrading, strive to promote innovation in public entrepreneurship, strive to protect and improve people's livelihood, and gradually build the east north region into an important economic support belt, an internationally competitive modern industrial base and an important hub for opening up northeast Asia.
