PLANK ATELIER is a designer brand starting from original shoes.

The combination of traditional shoemaking and modern design language, while maintaining hand-made and endowed with a new sense of design, contemporary art, pioneer awareness and trend culture will be the source of brand design elements.

The purpose of the brand is to create an avant-garde unique shoe style.

Note: brand is named after a new sport PLANK (flat panel support). Its meaning is focused, simple and efficient way to create.

Designer profile:

Payne, a shoe designer, once won a chance to learn traditional shoes in Italy during his student days, and he has a strong interest in shoe design.

After the completion of their studies, they went to Hong Kong renowned footwear enterprises to further understand the production process of footwear and participate in group shoe trend analysis and digital technology. After joining the KINKLE independent design studio, they participated in the design of KINKLEWORKSHOP, KKTP and other brands. They were good at presenting the traditional shoemaking process in a new design way, and the design sense of fusion was interesting and modern.
