The Louis Vuitton show became a memorial session for the late designers; the Giorgio Armani father put the women's model on men's clothing to show the correct way of matching the lovers' costume; the appearance of Frida no longer appeared at the curtain call of the GUCCI show, but replaced by the director of design.

Alessandro Michele

One is called.

Lucy Blue Smith

The 16 year old male model suddenly exploded the screen of micro-blog and WeChat in China. The people who loved him came up like waves, and the sarcastic people were glad to send a picture of his grin.

However, I can not help noticing that in this era when everyone can speak freely with the Internet as a carrier, whether it is the desire to shape the personality of the media, or the urgent need to pform the social media to create a personified image of the traditional media, take men's week as an example, their voices are increasingly accusations, more and more critical, more and more insults, but less and less praise.

What's going on here?

We seem to have fallen into a stalemate that requires a superficial sense of abuse to provide temporary spiritual pleasure.

In my opinion, this is closely related to the intense mental work and the high pressure of social pressure.

Therefore, people need simple visual stimulation and pleasant emotional catharsis.

A direct example of social media is: the end of a show, the venomous bloggers take the lead in scolding, humiliating a show with all kinds of unimaginable analogy.

Then it is the traditional media's influence on the Internet, so that people who like to see the image of the high fashion brand are cursed with joy, so they scold for four times at a time, as if the show is really useless, as if the designer is really at risk, as if the brand is going to go bankrupt.

I do not object to the free expression of personal opinions, and I agree with the need to hear different voices on the Internet. However, when "abusive" gradually becomes the mainstream form of opinion expression, do we really lose the ability to "praise"?

For example, a show needs to run out of countless people's efforts: designers are busy designing new clothes, and tailors should never stop sleeping in the last second to show the designer's ideal clothes. The people who are responsible for setting up venues are almost always adjusting every detail before the show. Models need to be invited from the auditions to the stage after numerous communication and training. Public relations need to invite the media and guests, and no one dare to offend.

Behind a bright appearance, every show is the result of the concerted efforts of many people.

They are not so bad that nothing is right. Even if there is only one good place, it should be seen, because that is also the result after hard work.

When such efforts are easily destroyed by a few words of abuse and venomous abuse, many people's happiness has been built on the pain of many people.

It may be exaggerated to say that "pain" is an inappropriate metaphor. When you were a primary school student, you wrote a hard essay, but when you were swept away by the teacher, you replied, "writing too badly and rewriting". What kind of mood do you feel?

Too much wanton "abuse", destroyed more than thousands of "students" hope?

We are not losing the "admiration" ability. Instead, we are going to put this ability in the cold palace, habitually questioning and accusing others, because that will enable us to usher in a sense of impersonal superiority in a short time, so that this pleasure can create a good mood for ourselves. This is like a kind of spiritual opium, which is very easy to spread and addictive in the era of social media everywhere.

As a fashion industry practitioner, what I would like to advocate is to praise more.

Whether it is perfect or blemish, it is worth praising, letting good things spread rather than negative energy. This can not only encourage the progress of creators, but also let "beauty" be discovered and realized by more people.

After all, "accusation" and "correction" are two different things. It is just a swell of selfish behavior to criticize people without raising the right improvement.

Language is one of the most powerful forces in the world, and "praise" can change the world better than the damage caused by "abuse".
