China Youth Daily reporter survey found that the infringement of College Students' work is not a case.

At the end of October, the reporter interviewed 142 college students who had worked experience with the Jiangsu University Media Union student interviews, involving 42 colleges and universities.

There are 111 universities in 21 universities and 31 in 21 universities outside the province.

The survey showed that more than half of the students had received deposit, cheating by intermediaries, arrears of wages and benefits, and refusal to pay wages.

The phenomenon of college students being infringed is more common because of their lack of social experience, inadequate understanding of the labor law and weak awareness of safeguarding rights.

The labor department refuses to accept infringement complaints from college students, resulting in no rights protection.

Reporter survey found that college students work mainly involves education and training, catering services, business marketing, network marketing, school work study projects, electronic products processing, building and so on.

Most of the work information is obtained through intermediary companies, network intermediaries, store advertising, door-to-door agencies, and a few people are introduced through acquaintances.

Part-time job

Information, college students will generally choose 58 cities, Ganji network, street network, part-time job, part-time QQ group, some black agents tend to attract students on the Internet with generous treatment, and introduce jobs to them through collecting online banking payment margin, but they often have no news after receiving money.

Nanjing University of Finances and Economics student Liu Xin (a pseudonym) saw a part time job written on the Taobao website. He was asked to pay 200 yuan deposit to him. After that, he was asked to pay 500 yuan of security money on the grounds that the manuscript was a commercial secret. He put forward a refund certificate, but he deleted it on QQ.

He went to the police station to report to the police but was refused because he was not up to the standard.

Li Xian, a student from a university in Xuzhou, paid 240 yuan in the intermediary fee. He only received a flyer and earned 10 yuan in two hours.

Jiangsu University student Yang Sikui and his classmates saw an electronic factory recruit workers on the Internet. The monthly salary was 4000 yuan, and they applied from Zhenjiang to Suzhou to apply. The intermediary company charged 500 yuan for each person in the name of deposit, clothing, meal card and so on.

Intermediary fees have been wasted.

Some intermediary companies even cheat in schools.

Sun Yuan and Jiang Xinxin of Jiangsu Normal University were deceived by a door-to-door agent.

They paid 200 yuan to the other party, and the other side introduced several leaflets to them, and they could not get through the phone again.

Among the surveyed students, 36 were deceived by black intermediary, and the intermediary companies could not find people if they received the intermediary fees, or the work introduced was far from the original commitment.

Some college students admitted that due to lack of social experience, eager to work, easy to be tempted by the favorable conditions of intermediaries, poor identification ability, easy to be deceived.

Delinquency and deducting wages are the most common problems. 51 college students have experienced problems of arrears and deductions.

After the end of the work, bosses often defaulted, deducted the salaries of college students and refused to pay overtime fees with various excuses, such as no contract, defective work and so on.

In addition to some restaurants, small shops and small companies, arrears and deductions have also occurred in some well-known training institutions and state-owned enterprises, and even some school work study posts.

The survey shows that some well-known brand fast food shops are standardized but have low wages. Some education and training institutions often appear in arrears and deduct wages. The creditworthiness of Internet text entry and KTV service is the worst.
