Gao Fang said that in order to guarantee the future development of China's textile industry, China's cotton consumption will guarantee 2/3 self-sufficiency rate.
The rest of the gap will become the norm in the future by making up for imports.
As for the recently announced cotton import quotas (not exceeding 900 thousand tons per year) except for 1% tariffs, no other cotton import quotas will be allocated in principle.
