CanadaBoutique IndustryBrand Fashion Industry Continues To Expand.

Research conducted by CBRE group, a commercial real estate company (P), shows that although the quality and retail industry has slowed down in the past three years, more boutiques are expected to enter Canada.

P Ross, a researcher at the group, points out that Canada's popular shopping centers and community stores are hard to find.

Canadian shopping malls are almost full. If it comes from Spain, Italy or the US retailers, the pace of entering Canada will be delayed.

Before building more shopping malls, this will be a challenge.

< p > in most high-income cities, such as the Pacific Centre of Vancouver (Vancouver) and the Oakridge Centre Mall, respectively, the shopping area expanded to 570000 square feet and 373000 square feet respectively; the Chinook mall of Kagali (Calgary) and the Lido Center (Rideau Centre) of Ottawa also expanded to 140000 square feet and 230000 square feet respectively.

Yorkdale Mall and Sherway Garden, the highest level shopping center in Toronto, have also launched large-scale expansion to welcome the entry of Nordstrom, a heavyweight department store in the United States.

The Yorkdale mall has expanded two degrees in the past 4 years. In 2012, it had slashed 222 million Canadian dollars by 145000 square feet. Now it is expanding 298000 square feet. It is scheduled to open in 2016.

Moore predicts that shopping centres in major markets will continue to look for opportunities to expand, but the pace of construction will gradually stabilize in the coming years as developers and supply chains need time to adjust to the influx of new brands.

< p > despite the fact that consumers are affected by such factors as salary freeze, inflation, debt and so on, many people just go shopping, but for the well-to-do consumers, the demand for boutique and brand clothing is increasing.

< p > Moore also believes that some income groups are still growing strongly. The boutique industry will not pay attention to the increase in their performance. They will only be interested in those 2% people at the top of the population, and the purchasing power of the whole people is quite good in Pyramid.
