Italy'S Export Growth To South Korea In The First Quarter

According to statistics from Italy Embassy in Korea and Korea International Trade Association, Italy's exports to Korea increased by 30.1% in the first quarter of this year, and its exports amounted to US $1 billion 60 million.

Other EU countries also have the same trend of growth in exports to South Korea.

According to the statistics of Italy foreign trade association's Seoul office, 1-4 months this year, there was a certain increase in Korean food, textile and clothing, fashion products, furniture, shoes, machine tools, vehicles and so on.

In 2007, only 47 million of the population of South Korea imported from Italy accounted for 58.3% of Italy's exports to Japan and 40% of Italy's exports to China.
