The implementation time is 4 years and the total budget of the project is 1 million 874 thousand and 500 euros, of which the EU subsidized 1 million 499 thousand euros, accounting for about 80%, and required 375 thousand and 500 euros (about 3 million 160 thousand yuan) for Zhejiang province.

Through organizing research, training and technical guidance consultation of 350 textile printing and dyeing enterprises in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian and other domestic and foreign experts, we support the establishment of green printing and dyeing industrial park in Shaoxing County, and train SMEs to have sustainable development capabilities required by the European Union and other developed countries, and introduce green procurement and green loan concepts.

The project will take Shaoxing County as a model to create a policy environment capable of promoting energy saving and emission reduction and improving economic efficiency, and can promote the experience pattern of replication.
