The 28 sets of Mongolian costumes displayed were all physical samples of the Mongolian standard dress made by the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Institute of standardization.

After watching the press conference, the responsible person of the social service industry of the National Standards Commission's service industry standard department said with emotion that the fashion conference, which is very rich in national characteristics, has well interpreted the achievements of standardization technology in the rescue, protection, inheritance and innovation development of the intangible cultural heritage of Mongolian costume.

Designer

Hu Sheguang was born in Inner Mongolia and worked in Holland for 25 years. He founded his own clothing brand "Hu".

He is a royal evening dress designer in Holland. She has made 9 years of custom dress for the queen of Holland, enjoying a high reputation in the European fashion industry.

In 2007, he won the honorary contribution award of the Holland government. In the same year, he was awarded the title of "senior fashion designer" by the government of Holland. In 2008, he won the Art Award of the Holland fashion art and the Holland Museum of art respectively, and won the Holland image design award in 2009.

He was also one of the fashion designers of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.


"People always say that the clothes I designed are loaded with many ethnic elements in China. Today I will show you my inspiration."

Hu Sheguang said he was Mongolian and Mongolian costume culture had a profound influence on his design concept.

It was not long before he learned that the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Institute of standardization had formulated and promulgated the local standard of Mongolian costume, and Hu could not wait to move some of the 28 tribes of Mongolian nationality to his fashion show.

"I will go back to China this year.

This standard has a great impetus to the protection of Mongolian costumes. The inspiration from these 28 tribes is enough for me to enjoy all my life. "


The works of Hu Shue Guang are mainly composed of red, black and green. They blend the essence of eastern and Western cultures. They are avant-garde and practical.

Its design concept is like a runaway wild horse galloping across the vast grasslands.

The materials used in the works are also very exquisite, whether it is the wild collocation of goat skin, mink, or the elegant combination of silk and knitted fabric.

And the design of the shoulders and waist is very national and open.

The exhibition is a reflection of each other.


According to Lan Ying, President of the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Standardization Institute, China's first national costume standard, Mongolian costume, was formally implemented in August 1st.

The 28 local tribal costumes (including headwear, hats, gowns, hats, ornaments, boots, etc.) are classified into a series of local standards for Mongolian costumes. The standardization technology is applied to the protection, inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage. The basic elements of traditional Mongolian costume are accurately and truly preserved, and the basic elements of Mongolian costume culture are abstracted, and organically combined with modern aesthetic needs, production and living needs and technology, forming technical specifications, which become the criteria and basis for the production, circulation and use of Mongolian costume organizations.

56 sets of standard samples of Mongolian costume are included in the standard, including color effect diagram, style map and cutting map. They are issued in two versions of Mongolian and Chinese.

Later, a person in charge of the cultural standard research center of the Ministry of Culture said that these colorful Mongolian costumes can make people feel their historical culture, social customs, aesthetic psychology and modern flavor. This is also a model to protect precious national cultural heritage by means of standardization.

The director of the Social Service Industry Department of the National Standards Commission's service industry standard department told reporters that they were working with the Ministry of culture's cultural standards research center, and recently began to study the relevant standards for the protection of intangible cultural heritage of national costumes.
