Chengdu Takes The Opportunity To Undertake Five Major Industrial Pfers

On the 25~28 day of May, the Ninth China western international exposition will be held in Chengdu.

Recently, Chengdu said at a press conference that the city clearly requested all departments and districts (cities) to seize the opportunity of the Western Conference to make it an important platform for undertaking industrial pfer, attracting foreign investment and understanding Chengdu and experiencing Chengdu at home and abroad.

In May 25th, Chengdu will organize the "undertaking industrial pfer investment description conference and project signing ceremony" for petrochemical, automotive, software and service outsourcing, tourism and other topics. In May 26th, it will organize "Chengdu Japan" main activities integrating business communication, culture, food, leisure and tourism.

It will also take an active part in the thematic activities, thematic forums and investment promotion meetings of the Western Conference.

The two is to rely on the 800 thousand tons of ethylene and 10 million tons of oil refining projects, use the raw materials provided by the project, extend the industrial chain, and vigorously undertake the pfer of chemical industry and related industries.

Introducing advanced technology and environment-friendly projects, developing organic chemical industry, fine chemical industry, new material chemical industry and plastic processing industry; relying on leading enterprises, undertaking photovoltaic projects to settle in Chengdu; focusing on key agricultural industries and vigorously undertaking agricultural products intensive processing projects.

Three, we should actively introduce financial backstage service centers, regional financial headquarters and network backstage service centers, regional headquarters, R & D centers, clearing centers, call centers and training centers to fully accept international and domestic outsourcing businesses.

Four, we should make full use of the adjustment of the national processing trade policy and the pfer and upgrading opportunities of processing trade enterprises in the eastern coastal areas, and vigorously undertake the industrial pfer of processing trade in coastal areas.
