Tencel: Multifunctional Fiber Fabric

Tencel is a kind of fiber.

Using solvent spinning technology, the dry strength is slightly lower than that of polyester, but it is obviously higher than that of viscose fiber. The moisture strength is obviously improved than that of viscose. It has very high rigidity, good washing size stability (shrinkage rate is only 2%), and has high hygroscopicity. The cross section of the fiber is round or oval, with beautiful luster, soft handle, good drapability and good flowing property.

Tencel fiber is a mixture of wood pulp, water and solvent oxidizing amine which is mainly composed of conifers. It is heated to completely dissolve. It does not produce any derivative or chemical action during dissolution. It is directly spinning after impurity removal. Its molecular structure is simple carbohydrate.

Tencel fiber can be completely decomposed in the soil and pollute the environment. In addition, the amine solution used in production is completely harmless to the human body. It can almost be recycled and can be used repeatedly. The cellulose molecules contained in the raw material pulp can not produce chemical changes, no by-products, and no waste is discharged from the factory, which is an environmental protection or green fiber.

The fabric has good hygroscopicity, comfort, drapability and stiffness, good dyeing property, and can be blended with cotton, wool, hemp, nitrile and polyester.

It has strong moisture absorption and permeability, high efficiency antibacterial and UV protection. It ensures environmental protection, natural and human nature care. It has six advantages of fragrant Tencel and has better ductility and tensile force. It is not tight and not easy to relax. It is suitable for developing new fashions with new fine strips and optical variability.
