The environmental performance of enterprises and their raw materials suppliers in China, 47 of them were found to have varying degrees of environmental violations.

In the face of inquiries, Armani, Messi stores, CalvinKlein, Carrefour, Disney and other 19 enterprises have not yet responded.

Environmental organizations believe that the loss of supply chain management by these well-known enterprises objectively promotes pollution enterprises to reduce environmental costs to win orders, and ultimately damage the health of China's environment and community people.

The reason why the internationally renowned luxury brands and department stores refuse to respond to environmental organizations' queries is that the pressure on the latter is not big enough. It is a reflection of the long term lack of good environment and the right to speak of the development of social organizations such as environmental protection organizations in China.

If the question was launched by European and American countries that were longer, more influential and likely to spark practical protest actions, the performance of multinational companies might well be another way.

In many countries such as Europe, America, even Japan and Korea, environmental protection, labor and other non-governmental organizations launched questions and protests, which are often punished by the government.

There will be a greater and more continuous pressure of public opinion.

The "fair trade" action that requires multinational corporations to fulfill their responsibilities of supply chain management, especially the responsibility of environmental protection and labor protection, is launched by these non-governmental organizations in order to facilitate the return of manufacturing jobs to Europe, America, Japan and South Korea.

Under pressure, many multinational companies including Apple Corp have indeed promoted a series of actions such as suppliers, OEM enterprises to improve the labor environment in recent years.

The problem is that the reason why multinationals carry out multiple rounds of Supply Chain Restructuring globally and periodically change their manufacturing partners is for profit consideration.

Initially, multinationals pferred production lines from the United States, Europe and Japan to avoid the powerful trade union organizations and government intervention forces in these countries.

The profitability of industrial capital and its underlying financial capital determines that when the labor protection and environmental protection legal system of a manufacturing area is improving, it is bound to be the next round of restructuring and pfer.

The emergence of the "fair trade" action has led to the containment of the restructuring and pfer of pnational corporations and the OEM partners. However, the highly competitive technological level of the OEM enterprises such as Foxconn has partly improved the game position of the OEM enterprises, but it still can not fight against (profit only) delayed profit driven business behavior.

Not all OEM enterprises have the level of technology such as Foxconn, nor are all OEM enterprises able to develop to a huge scale like Foxconn. They will always be subject to collective public concern from the countries where the multinational corporations are located to the OEM enterprises. Accordingly, the supply chain improvement brought by fair trade in Europe and the United States can only be partial and limited.

Although the Chinese local environmental protection organization launched a question, it has been treated indifferently by many multinational companies.

However, as long as the development of these organizations gets a more ideal system environment, as long as the public participation in environmental protection, labor protection and other value objectives are not subject to some artificial restrictions, a stronger constraint will be formed. The operation of multinational corporations in China and the supply chain management will tend to be the norm in Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea.

Under the premise of achieving the above goals, China

market

The broadness and particularity of China will further play a role in stopping the pfer of production lines and supply chains of multinational companies. China's environmental protection and labor protection will go to a great level.
