The design principle of sole shock absorption technology is widely used in shoe enterprises.


The most commonly used damping method is cushioning vibrating base or base material.

The cushioning bag at the heel is not only shockproof, but also has a positive stabilizing effect.

They also combine mechanical damping and material damping in two forms. A mobile structure supports the foot to form cushioning and light down control, or form more effective motion control according to the shoe shape.

VS1 damping material is a good shockproof base material, and its deformation resistance to feet is better than other materials.

If applied properly, the support concept can provide useful support for other shoe types under foot pressure.


And now we are stepping up the development of the new foam free technology called duoCELL, a mechanical and material form of shock absorption.

Its shape is five angle plastic small capsule, hollow, wall and top hard, forming impact resistant unit structure.

DuoCELL consists of a bottom unit and a large number of stacked small units. The working principle is similar to that of the piston, and the small unit shifts the force of absorption to the large unit at the bottom.

The unit structure takes the place of the usual midsole material and makes it a completely non foaming method.


DMX foam capsule unit has always been the main material of an enterprise. It is a completely different air cavity structure. When the shoe touchdown, the compressed air flows from the back of the foot to the front part of the foot, and when it rises, it moves back to the back foot.


There is also an unusual shock absorption structure. GRID (grid method) is to fill a small box into the middle bottom of the heel, and its outer frame is fastened from one side to the other by a rope. It is like placing a tiny tennis racket under the heel to catch the impact of tennis.

This method may not be suitable for extreme situations such as galloping, but the application is basically successful and suitable for other footwear.
