Jean Paul Gorte, a French fashion designer who was the first judge of the Cannes Film Festival, said that film directors were too demanding and could not meet these requirements, so they would never work as a director.

Gorte, in an interview with the Organizing Committee of the sixty-fifth Cannes Film Festival, said that after working with some directors, he realized that directing is a very difficult task.

He said he prefers cooperation and advice rather than directing actors and adjusting their mental state to get the picture they want.

Gore has worked with directors from France, the United States, Spain and other countries to design costumes for actors in the film.

Different countries have different styles of directing, which poses a great challenge to Gorte's clothing design.

Gore said that the French director Leo Carax's style is very dreamy, like in dreams, while the American director Tim Burton's style is very clear, leaving little room for designers to imagine.

Gore had worked with Pedro Almodovar for the 3 time.

Gore said he liked Almodovar because the Spanish director did not hesitate to break the rules in unexpected places.

"I like the form of rebellion, breaking those rules," Gore said. "When I watch a movie, I want to see the rebellious side.

I will be very excited when the plot surprises and the characters break through.

Gore, 60 years old, loves fashion design from a young age. But what really pushed him onto the road of professional fashion designer was the film "decoration", which was filmed by French director Jacques Becker in 1945.

This film tells the story of a fashion designer in Paris falling in love with his fiancee.

"My ambition came from movies, and later I discovered that" decoration "really influenced me.

Gore, known as the "bad boy", became an international fashion designer. He once served as the creative director of the famous luxury brand Hermes, and founded the clothing brand named after his name.

He is also a movie fan. He has repeatedly expressed his wish to become a member of the jury of the Cannes Film Festival, and became the first fashion celebrity in Cannes Film Festival this year.

Recently released the "China sports industry 2010-2011 development report" shows that "made in China" has now accounted for more than 65% of the world's sporting goods industry share. However, the momentum of the high growth of China's sports goods industry has slowed down. At the same time, it is in a "big but not strong" bottleneck period, and the industrial structure needs to be optimized and upgraded.
