Xiamen'S "Headquarters Economy" Wavered?

It is understood that the first batch of 36 enterprises in Shishi involved many industries, such as clothing, fabrics, accessories, shoes and so on, and a considerable part of them were local brands.
They set up headquarters operations center in Shishi to integrate functions such as production, sales, management, R & D, capital settlement and support services distributed throughout the country to operation headquarters.
Xiamen's headquarters economy is shaken?
The return of Shishi shoes and clothing enterprises also reminds the industry of the similar situation of Jinjiang shoe and clothing enterprises moving to Xiamen. Jinjiang enterprises will return to the industry. Many people in the industry have speculated. But under the background of urbanization, most of them think that the possibility of moving back is small.
"In the past, the relocation of Shishi enterprises may have some impact on the return of Jinjiang enterprises. After all, the policy support is very strong, and the cost will be less."
Cao Fanghua, general manager of the Creative Marketing Co., Ltd., who has worked with many shoe and garment enterprises in Jinjiang, said that after the urbanization, Xiamen as the operation center, Zhangzhou as the back garden and Quanzhou as the production base, the historical wheel will not stop, and there is such support. The need to move back to Xiamen will be gone.
The reporter interviewed several heads of Jinjiang shoe and clothing enterprises in Xiamen headquarters. For the move back, most of the respondents said they were not ready to move back for the time being.
With the completion of many corporate headquarters in Guanyin Mountain business operation center, it seems to be rumor to move back.
According to the industry, Mr. Lin said that compared with Jinjiang, the cost of setting up headquarters in Xiamen is up to 50%, but it brings about the integration of talents and resources and the upgrading of corporate image. Meanwhile, the cost of Xiamen is lower than that of the first tier cities. Therefore, Xiamen is the compromise of headquarters location under the dual factors of attracting talents and cost considerations.
