Shanghai Textile Trade Union Starts Ten Projects

According to reports, the Shanghai textile trade union has officially launched the action of "face to face, heart care, real service workers at the grass-roots level". It will carry out research on staff and workers, on-site consultation of legal policies, and organization of culture.

The Municipal Textile Union recently issued the notice of "face to face, heart care, service for the workers at the grass-roots level" in the trade union system, requiring all trade unions at all levels to combine this activity with the trade union to promote the development of enterprises, perform their rights protection functions, and promote the solution of staff difficulties.

At the same time, we should establish a work responsibility system and implement the "four necessary visits".

In order to fully reflect the actual effect of the activity and let the workers get tangible benefits, the textile Union also launched the "ten one" project.

These include: completing a centralized reflection of the staff's ideological trends; organizing a young white collar worker and a migrant worker in Shanghai.

In addition, the textile Union has established a matching supervision and inspection system and an assessment mechanism, which will link the achievements of the campaign, the recognition of the party and the government, and the satisfaction of the workers with the key work assessment of the trade union this year.
