Wu Huiqun is the keynote speaker of the symposium. She also serves as a member of the National Committee for the standardization of footwear technology and the leather sub committee of the national footwear Standardization Technical Committee.

Liu Hong Shi, SHINE WIDE of Quanzhou, said: "the biggest difficulty in making the European and American market is peeling and pulling away from the customers. The most important reason is that the quality of materials is not up to date.

The price of local materials is low, but it is difficult to meet the requirements. Others such as Guangdong and other places have slightly higher quality of materials, but this increases the cost of enterprises and the profit margins are smaller. Enterprises are actually in a dilemma, and sometimes they can only negotiate with customers.

At the same time, they will also put forward some special requirements in terms of physical and chemical properties, which are really hard to achieve.

Wu Huiqun said that compared with Dongguan's export enterprises, Jinjiang's similar enterprises have not kept up with the concept of export inspection, which requires a process to change.

"In Dongguan, many export companies have high quality product labs, which are able to keep up with the standards of Europe and the United States," she said.

Jinjiang enterprises are lacking in this respect. "

She also said that many export enterprises often talk about product requirements when negotiating with customers.

These problems are ultimately reflected in products, and product testing is not the same.

She suggests that enterprises should set up their own testing departments in the long run to make sure that they know the testing standards of customers and the latest international testing information to meet the needs of production materials.

Children's shoes exports must be noted that due to the massive recall of toys produced in China in recent months, the state has even intensified the production of related products by means of tough administrative measures.

Wu Huiqun said: "children's products have always been the key products of European and American countries due to the particularity of product requirements.

Especially when Chinese products encounter quality disturbances, it can be said that this period is a severe period for children's products.

The exporters of children's products should pay special attention to the quality and testing of products.

In terms of testing indicators for children's products, Wu Huiqun said that the test in Europe and America is now comprehensive, not only in the detection of chemical raw materials for dyes, but also in the removal of ornaments (the detection of food products on the product is easy to fall off, causing children to eat accidentally) is also a very important test target.

The seminar also revealed some new elements of product testing.

Wu Huiqun said: "now the two standards in Europe and the United States are increasingly demanding for the comfort of products. They require that products not only give customers a safe and considerable demand, but also make customers comfortable. For example, the standards of the United States Consumer Council have formulated many indicators to ensure the comfort level of the products.

For production enterprises, we must strive for excellence in production. "
