According to the questionnaire survey, Beijing residents' expectations of falling prices in the next quarter are higher than expected, and the expectation of rising housing prices in 2011 has also weakened.


The survey shows that the total housing ownership rate of Beijing residents is 72.4%, and the number of housing ownership is 18.3%.

For current housing prices, the proportion of residents who think the price is too high or high is 64% and 29.8% respectively.


In the first quarter of 2011, the percentage of residents who had fallen in Beijing's housing prices reached 26.9%, which was 6.3 percentage points higher than the residents who thought it was rising. This proportion rose 6.8 percentage points from the previous quarter. It is considered that the residents in the next quarter will rise 20.6%, which is 10.3 percentage points lower than that in the previous quarter.

Beijing residents believe that the average price drop in the next quarter is about 6%.


The survey of housing price rise in 2011 shows that the survey has weakened.

It is believed that the number of residents whose housing prices rose in 2011 accounted for 30.8%, down 6.6 percentage points from the previous quarter, and that 25.1% of the residents fell, up 5.7 percentage points from the previous quarter; 30.2% of the residents thought that the price of housing in 2011 was basically unchanged, up 3.8 percentage points from the previous quarter.
