The 72 individual shoemaking businesses in Zhao Tun Town of Beizhen city have become the owners of private enterprises through upgrading to enterprises.

Zhao Tun Town is famous for its cotton shoes manufacturing. There are 72 shoe factories in the whole town, which mainly produce snowshoe cotton, two cotton shoes, cotton and other cotton shoes. The annual production capacity of the shoe industry is 7 million pairs, and the annual industrial output value is 170 million yuan. The products sell well in three northeast provinces, Inner Mongolia, North China and Northwest China.

To support the shoe factories becoming bigger and stronger, the Beizhen industrial and commercial bureau has fully integrated the "three in-depth two services" to promote the revitalization activities. The 72 shoe factories originally registered as individual industrial and commercial households in Chun Tun Town have been listed as the focus of "upgrading to enterprises".
