The results showed that compared with uncalcined kaolin, the binding water content of calcined kaolin at low temperature decreased, the content of silica and three alumina increased, the activity point increased, the structure changed, and the particle size was smaller and even. Compared with the uncalcined kaolin filled NR compound, the vulcanization characteristic curves of low-temperature calcined kaolin filled NR compound were basically the same. The hardness of Shaoer A was unchanged and tensile strength increased. Both of them reached the requirements of the industry standard for the non pparent footwear sole of sports shoes.

Commonly used rubber filler for footwear is mainly organic filler and inorganic filler two kinds, the former includes reclaimed rubber and recycling materials, the latter includes white carbon black, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, magnesium carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, carbon black and zinc oxide powder.

Kaolin is a new type of filler for rubber products developed in recent years.


However, all applications of kaolin must be processed into fine powder before they can be added to other materials and fully integrated.
