4.2 the discharge of pollutants from footwear manufacturers should meet the requirements of pollutant discharge standards specified by the state or local authorities.

5 technical content

5.1 pentachlorophenol (limit of detection is less than 0.05 mg/kg) is prohibited in shoes. Azo dyes can be decomposed into carcinogenic aromatic amines (detection limit is less than 20 mg/kg), chlorinated ten alkane, chloro eleven alkane, chloro twelve alkane and chlorinated thirteen alkane.

5.2 nitrosamines are prohibited for rubber products used in shoes.

5.3 PVC material is prohibited in shoes (except for regenerated PVC in shoe sole).

5.4 the adhesive for shoes must meet the requirements of HBC18-2003 adhesive for shoe adhesive.

5.5 the use of "blue pigment" in leather materials is prohibited.

5.6 the content of six valent chromium in shoes should be less than 10mg/kg.

5.7 no additives such as arsenic, lead and cadmium can be added into shoes. The content of extracted products should be less than 10mg/kg.

5.8 the content of formaldehyde extracted from textiles in shoes should be less than 75mg/kg;

5.9 the formaldehyde content in shoes should be less than 150mg/kg.

6 test method

6.1 in the technical content, the chlorinated ten alkane, chloro eleven alkane, chloro twelve alkane, chloro thirteen alkane, nitrosamines, shoes PVC materials and "blue pigment" Regulations are verified by means of document review and on-site inspection.

6.2 the content of pentachlorophenol in the technical content is tested by the method of GB/T 18414.1 or GB/T 18414.2.

6.3 the regulations on the extraction of arsenic, lead and cadmium in the technical content shall be examined in the method of GB/T 17593.

6.4 the regulations for azo dyes in technical content are examined by GB/T 17592.1 or DIN 53316:1997.

6.5 in the technical content, the formaldehyde in products is tested by the method of GB/T 2912.1.
