2008/2/20 12:00:00 42363

In order to standardize the marking of shoes in China, we should promote our footwear products to the international market and promote the development and improvement of China's footwear industry.

The national quality and Technical Supervision Bureau issued the national standard of the world's newest shoe number GB/T3293.1-l998 (international standard ISO9407: l99l world No. 1998) on the 16 noon of L noon.

The standard is drafted by the China Light Industry Association shoe Research Institute, written by Zhou Jing, Gao Zhi Xing and Qi Xiaoxia. It has been implemented since 1 L2, l998.

The standard is reunified and interpreted by the national shoe Standardization Center, which takes the place of the shoe number in the original GB3293-82.

All shoes that are circulated in our market must be labeled with Chinese shoes according to the standards.

Standard application scope:

The standard specifies the shoe number identification method, and discusses the basic characteristics of the shoe number system named after the world shoe number (Mondopoint).

The standard applies infinitely to all types of shoes.

Introduction of the latest national standard for shoes No.

The meaning of "1. shoes" is infinite, including shoes, boots, slippers, sandals and all other types of footwear.

2. measuring value of shoe number foot. According to this, it can provide shoes for feet.

3. the horizontal distance between the vertical line contacted by the end point of the longest toe and the vertical money touched by the heel point should be erected [the weight is evenly distributed on the feet]. The socks should be measured with the socks that are suitable for the shoe type.

4. the circumference of the foot.

A soft ruler is used to measure the circumference of the first and fifth metatarsus and the first and fifth phalangeal joints [the metatarsophalangeal joints]. When the amount of shear is not too loose or too tight, the measurement conditions are the same as that of the foot length.

The projection of 5. feet and feet around the horizontal plane.

The horizontal distance between the two vertical lines contacting the first and fifth metatarsophalangeal joints (see Fig. 2) is the same as the measurement of foot length.

6. generally normal feet are defined according to statistical results and anatomical studies.

The basic characteristics of the standard shoe number system are:

The shoe number is based on the international system of units (SI), and the measurement of feet is based on the international system of units.

The shoe number system is based on the following two measurements.

A) the length of the foot (defined in accordance with the standard 3); b) the width of the foot (as defined in the standard 5).

Note: the above rule does not exclude the use of foot girth in all stages of shoemaking.

Method of determining shoe number:

Each shoe number is determined according to the measured value of the corresponding normal foot.

Representation of shoe number measurement:

The measured value corresponding to the foot length and the foot width must be expressed in millimeter numbers.

Note: this rule does not exclude the use of code as auxiliary representation of foot width.

This code may become an international standard.

Shoe number identification method:

L. logo element shoe number identification should include foot length indication value, and then (if required) is foot width indication value.

The two values are expressed in millimeter integers (without units), separated by short or diagonal lines.

The height of the font used is at least 3mm. To avoid confusion, it should be distinctly separated from other possible markers (for example, continuous closed lines, such as rectangles or ellipsos).

2. the location of the mark a) each shoe on a pair of shoes should be marked with the shoe number on the appropriate location which is clearly visible and easy to read.

B) when the shoe is packed in shoes or other packages, the shoe number should also be marked on the package.

3. the form of identification and the methods adopted (stamping, printing, labeling, etc.) are arranged by the manufacturer.

The logo on the shoes should be clearly visible and readable in the necessary time.

The conversion of the existing shoe number system to any shoe number system that is different from the world shoe number shall be made with the corresponding world shoe number. The method is to convert the existing shoe number into the corresponding length (which is expressed in millimeters) for the general normal foot.

Each shoe number can also include the width code number expressed in millimeter numbers.

Appendix A of shoe number standard (Appendix to the prompts): example of identification of shoe number:

The Al shoe number can be expressed by the foot length value and the foot width indication value of millimeter.

A2 can also be represented by the millimeter integer and "type" of the foot length, but the type code is represented by brackets.

Examples are as follows:

China shoes No. 241/2 two is pformed into world shoe number 245 (2); China shoes No. 26 two type is half converted into world shoe number 260 (2.5).
