Ireland'S Clothing And Footwear Prices Fell By 10.9% In July

In July, Ireland's consumer price index fell by 0.3%, compared with 0.3% in July last year, resulting in an annual inflation rate of 4.4% and 5% in June.



The most significant monthly price change is the fall in clothing and footwear and interior decoration.

Clothing and footwear consumption prices fell by 10.9%, interior accessories fell by 1.4%, and home textiles prices fell by 6.6%.



The most notable change this year is the fall in the prices of clothing and footwear and upholstery.

Clothing and footwear consumption prices fell by 5.8%, and interior accessories fell by 1.5%.

The annual inflation rate of service reached 4.5% in July, and the inflation rate of goods reached 4.2% this year.
