After six months of production practice, the innovation of Baoshi has attracted many enterprises to learn from the leather tanning base.
Chen Chengyong, chairman of Baoshi company, calculated to reporters that the daily output of 2000 pieces of raw leather was about 8000 kilograms. When the original process was expanded, 8% lime and 2.5% sulphide alkali were added. Finally, the 675 kilograms of sludge precipitated with the solubility of 10% lime and raw skin.
The use of new process instead of lime alkalizing agent eliminates sludge production, and only produces about 100 kilograms of sludge after dyeing and other processes.
Compared with before and after, the sludge decreased by about 85%.
At the same time, 100 kilograms of sludge burned through the boiler installed by the company, not only saved the incineration expenditure of 100 yuan per ton, but also produced steam as the energy re-use, burning coal cinder can also sell money, and achieved recycling.
