The circular listed the sewage discharged into the Tanghe River and discharged more than 5 kilograms of chemical oxygen demand and more than 100 tons of sewage discharged daily. The polluting enterprises must install on-line monitoring facilities by the end of next year.

The enterprises of papermaking, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, leather making (including synthetic leather), food and brewing should be completed by the end of next year, otherwise they will be shut down or shut down.

For polluting electroplating enterprises, except for a small amount approved by the environmental protection department, it will not be closed or closed until the end of 2009.

From next year, the polluting enterprises will be dealt with severely and exceed the total amount of emissions, and all those who have not yet obtained the emission permits will be fined or suspended.
