Yesterday, the AMD low power version AM2 interface processor has appeared in the Japanese market.

The low-power version of Athlon 64 X2 is 3800+ (2.0GHz) and 4200+ (2.2GHz), the cache specifications are 512KB x 2, the maximum power consumption is 65W, the retail price is 40980 yen and 52980 yen, or about 2980 yuan and 3850 yuan.

The "NERGY EFFICIENT 65W" word can be seen on the outer package of the two processors.

The power consumption of the ordinary version of Athlon 64 X2 is as high as 89W, while the low-power version of X2 processor can effectively reduce the core calorific value of TDP.

In terms of other specifications, the low power version Athlon 64 X2 is manufactured by 90nm process, 2GHz HyperTransport, and the maximum working voltage is 1.25V (the common version is 1.35V).
