Jiangxi Ruichang Brigade To Carry Out Fire Drill In Textile Enterprises
In order to further enhance the fire awareness and self-defense ability of employees in enterprises, in August 15th, Jiangxi Ruichang fire brigade organized officers and soldiers to go to Jingwei Textile Co., Ltd. to carry out fire drill activities.
On the morning of 9 on 15, the officers and soldiers arrived at Jingwei Textile Co. Ltd. and six of them were familiar with the building structure, water source and fire protection facilities. During this period, the squadron instructor explained to the textile workers the characteristics of the textile fire, how to use the fire extinguisher, extinguish the initial fire, fire escape skills and other common sense of fire safety.
At 10, the fire drill began. The fine spinning workshop suddenly caught fire, and the fire spread rapidly. After finding the danger, the staff will report to the duty room in time. The duty officer will quickly organize the evacuees and cotton bags, and use the dry powder extinguisher to fight and call the police. After receiving the alarm, the squadron two fire engines rushed into the scene. The commander immediately issued an order. The investigation team immediately reconnaissance the fire. The 1 car stopped at the South Gate of the workshop near the outdoor fire hydrant. Two water guns went into the fire area to extinguish the fire and cover the people to evacuate. The 2 car stopped behind the 1 vehicle, and a water gun went into the fire fighting area to assist; the rescue team entered the internal rescue room. After the battle started, the brigade officers and soldiers responded quickly and promptly disposed of the task successfully.
At the end of the drill, the instructors questioned the officers and soldiers about the unit's familiarity, and organized the on-site commentals on the basis of the exercises of all the combat classes, affirmed the good aspects of the drill, and pointed out the problems in the exercise practically, and put forward specific requirements.
