< p > BPR regulations bring three risks to our export enterprises.

First, it covers a wide range.

The regulations not only cause great impact on the production and export enterprises of sanitary pesticides, but also cause great deterrent to dozens of products such as kitchenware, leather, footwear, carpets, lotions, textile and clothing, furniture and building materials, ceramic products, electronic appliances, paint and rubber plastics.

The two is complex procedures.

Enterprises need to prepare the submission of experimental data, arrange and store technical data, make compliance with the prescribed dossiers and active substances assessment.

Three, the cost is high.

The licensing fees of active substances and biocide products are much higher than the registration fees of the REACH regulations, and BRP regulations will reduce the number of enterprises participating in data sharing, and the cost of sharing will be higher. For example, the administrative cost of the first use type of an active substance will be as high as 120 thousand euros, and the authorization fee for a product will be 80 thousand euros.
