In July 13th, a lawsuit was triggered by disputes between shareholders. The court of Fengtai ruled that Beijing DAC international shoe city Limited was dissolved.

In April of this year, two shareholders of Beijing DAC international shoe city limited, Wang Mou and WAN Mou sued that the company's business situation was on the decline, and it was on the verge of bankruptcy. The court decided to dissolve the company.

The court held that Dadan shoes city and third of them accepted the two plaintiff's claim and did not violate the law, and accordingly decided to dissolve the company.


Yesterday, shoe city merchants said that the court disbanded Beijing DAC international shoe city limited, but it did not affect the normal operation of the big Kang city.
